What you seek is seeking you. Shunya is a new, couple-friendly 1-BHK on the Khopoli–Pali highway (SH92), 20 minutes from Imagica and a world away from its noise and crowds.
The journey sets the mood – a 3 km drive through untouched jungle. Slow down, roll the windows down and take it in.
The balcony runs the full length of the flat and faces the Bhimashankar hills. Inside: a queen bed with a 6-inch latex mattress, two 43-inch Philips Google TVs with YouTube Premium, Hotstar and Prime, smart ACs and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a brew coffee machine, microwave, two-burner hob, fridge, RO water, tea, coffee and the basics – just bring what you’d like to cook.
Swim in the township pool, walk along the Amba riverfront, have lunch under a tree, or simply enjoy the stillness.

The flat was extremely clean, well-maintained and exactly as shown in photos. Self check-in was very smooth and Ashutosh was super responsive and helpful throughout.
The host really thought of everything. You get all the stuff you need, even basic groceries. Waking up to that awesome waterfall view right from the bedroom window was just incredible!
A truly tranquil and well-maintained property. Cozy, comfortable and equipped with all essential amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the serene atmosphere.

- Check-in from 1:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is ₹300 per hour, only if no one is arriving that day.
- No loud music after 10 PM – the area is very quiet at night.
- No security deposit. A ₹1,000 cleaning charge applies only if the flat is left in a serious mess; any damage is charged at actuals.
- The township pool is ₹100 per person per hour (9 AM–7 PM Mon–Thu, 9 AM–8 PM Fri–Sun). Swimming caps are required for women.
- It’s a ghat and jungle area: occasional power cuts are covered by 6–8 hours of backup. Planned outage of up to 6 hours on Tuesdays.
- Swiggy and Zomato don’t deliver here. The township restaurant delivers to the flat, and the menu is in the flat.
- No narcotics or contraband on the premises.

About 2–2½ hours by road from Mumbai.
Private pickup & drop from Mumbai on request.
Before you leave: gather used towels, throw rubbish away, turn things off, lock up and return the keys to the lockbox.
Cancellation policy
Full refund of the advance if you cancel 7 days or more before check-in. 50% refund between 3 and 7 days. No refund within 3 days of check-in.
