These apply to stays booked directly with Himalayan Vibes Stays on this website.

Cancellation & refunds

Full refund of the advance if you cancel 7 days or more before check-in. 50% refund between 3 and 7 days. No refund within 3 days of check-in.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation. If we have to cancel for any reason, you get a full refund.

Terms of stay

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance shown on your quote. The balance is payable before check-in.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include all charges shown on your quote. Pickup and drop are charged separately when requested.
• Guests must carry a valid government photo ID. The number of guests can’t exceed what was booked.
• House rules for each home are listed on its page and are part of these terms.
• Damage beyond normal wear is charged at actual cost.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number and stay details only to answer your request, send quotes and manage your booking. We don’t sell or share them, except with our payment processor (Razorpay) when you pay online. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers. To have your data deleted, email sales@himalayanvibes.in.
