01Who pays for running costs and repairs?
It depends on the model. On a lease we take care of day-to-day running; major structural repairs stay with the owner. On management or profit share, costs are agreed upfront and shown in your monthly statement.
02How long before my home is live?
Usually two to four weeks after we agree: a visit, small fixes if needed, photography, then listing on our website and the major platforms.
03Can I still use my home myself?
On management and profit share, yes: block your dates in advance and we keep them free. On a lease the home is ours to run for the term.
